Lavie Construction did a great job on our tile installation. They were professional, reliable, and paid close attention to the details that really matter with tile work. This construction company is the only one who has been honest and not taken advantage of me! As a West Hollywood Boy- I know how to dress and dance- I don't know how to hammer!! The owner Doni is extremely talented and will go over every detail of your project with you. I highly recommend this company . Their work is superior, they’re honest and they pay attention to time and price quotes. Honestly- I wouldn’t let any other construction team into my place. From past experiences I learned to refrain from providing reviews on Contractors whether they are general contractors, plumbers, electricians, or air conditioning experts. Eventually, all the people I deemed heroes seem to fail and the expectations of clients or friends I end up having to apologize to! That is not the case with Lavie Construction. For the past 5 years he has never disappointed. He has the most loyal, talented craftsmen working with him. They seem to be able to do anything! Always with great care. professionalism, and cleanliness. Never a complaint. They are always on time. Never need to be called back for corrective work. The building Inspectors never have a problem. Their work is completed in a timely manner and never received an excuse that they were tied up on another job. If they say they are going to do something. they show up on time and get the job done. No callbacks! Professionals all the way.
LaVie Construction has been our HOA preferred contractor for over 10+ years from small budgeted projects to emergency projects to half a million dollar projects and hands down, the work has been outstanding with a solid warranty. They stand by their work and provide outstanding customer service and follow. They are also very patient with my board and understanding the importance of following the governing documents to keep the Association compliant.
What I appreciated about Lavie Construction was their adaptability and responsiveness throughout our kitchen remodeling project. We were indecisive and we know that can be difficult and unsettling to work with. But despite that, Lavie Construction remained loyal and patient to our project. Thankfully, that made our kitchen turn out beautifully. The theme we ended up choosing was marble. The marble theme compliments the rest of our kitchen exceptionally well. They outdid themselves on this project! Would hire again!
