My stay was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. I checked in on May 1st around 10 PM after a long workday, and the front desk staff was immediately rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the information I was given beforehand did not match what I was told at check-in, which was frustrating and misleading. I’ve stayed with Marriott many times and have never experienced this level of poor treatment. To make matters worse, the deposit policy felt inconsistent and unfair. It seemed like the amount charged was not standard and may have been based on appearance, which is very concerning. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and not what I expect from a brand I’ve trusted in the past.
I travel a lot for business in the Perrysburg/Toledo area -This property is one of the nicest Marriott properties I have stayed at ! Great Location , Amazing Staff , clean, new rooms .

Fantastic hotel! Love the suite
over this weekend i had a room booked and with the switchover to the digital explore program had some confusion with the process. the hotel staff was super helpful in getting it sorted out for me! this hotel is beautiful and in a great location! i look forward to future stays!!
