This week, our mini-split AC unit failed. A quick Google search for repair services in Porter, TX led us to Air Tech, which had excellent reviews. We were impressed when their technician, Ulises Salazar-Soto, reached out by text and call to confirm his arrival time. Ulises quickly diagnosed the problem as a corroded coil with a noticeable leak. He showed us the damage and explained that parts for the unit were unavailable because it was a black-market model from Mexico, installed by the previous owners. While this may have saved them money initially, it created a major problem for us. We decided to have a new unit installed, and Air Tech's install lead, Aaron McAdams, provided professional and efficient service. The installation was completed on the same day, and the quoted price was exactly what we paid, with no hidden fees.
Air Tech is very professional and has continued to provide great service for our HVAC needs. Today, Dustin came out to do our inspection and informed us our furnace was on its last leg and about to go out. He was very kind and great at explaining our options to us and was able to give us a great deal. He went above and beyond and we would enjoy working with him again. Also just an overall cool and easy guy to talk to. Thanks Dustin! Editing to add that Aaron helped install our new furnace. He was also very professional and worked quickly!

As always, I received the absolute best service and care from the team at Air Tech of Humble. Mike C. conducted a thorough and careful review of my system, got my AC back up and running, then curated and prioritized a maintenance/repair list and walked me through each step. This is how it should be done folks! We also talked about future HVAC needs with current market pricing to help me prepare for when my system requires full replacement. I am a long time customer since back in the Elite Comfort days and will continue to choose Air Tech in the future. Thanks again guys!
Replaced a 20 year old HVAC system. Mike C. was Amazing! He took the time to fully walk me through all the models and available options. Once I made my choice Airtech was there the very next day doing an install. Mike followed right up with checking to make sure the system was running perfect.
