Honestly, not a single star is deserved for this office. The lack of communication alone is as absurd as it is unacceptable. It should not take multiple follow up calls, day-after-day, and/or portal messages for a response. I should not have to continue reaching out and leaving message after message with no reply. I have had consistent issues with this over the years of being a patient at this practice and have finally had enough. In fact, I left a voicemail weeks ago that has remained unanswered. I will be transferring to an office that cares about their patients and prioritizes patient needs. If you value your time and the care you deserve as a patient, seek a different office entirely.
Every-time I go in for my doctors appointments the staff always greet me with a smile and are welcoming and kind. I have always been treated with respect and care. All my questions get answered without an issue and they offer great referrals if needed.

Dr. McCullen has been very helpful and personable since I moved down to Charlotte. Helped me take care of a lot of issues from sleep studies to bloodwork. Would recommend highly.
Dr Atkinson was amazing-thorough, efficient with time and ready to help patients while assuring their voices were heard. My husband and I appreciated his attentiveness and we will be continuing under his care. Shout out to Mitch who controls the phones calls and appointments!!!!!
Medical Plaza is great! From the time you enter the building being greeted with an infectious energy with Ms. Selena B- her customer service is on point as well as her professionalism. Don’t get me started with Dr. Higginbotham…Her bedside manner is comforting! She is beyond sweet and I’m grateful to have finally met a doctor that really has by best interests! Thank to the entire staff. 10/10
