I spent my 3 day, 2 night vacation here and had an amazing time. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with some of the friendliest employees I’ve met and extremely interesting works of art. The exhibit is 24 hours so you can check it out any time during your stay, which I totally appreciated, since my itinerary was quite full! The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, given the bustle of the city during the day. The artwork follows you into the room, with the most interesting tile shower I’ve been in. The location is great, with many restaurants nearby, art to appreciate and lots to do within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.
Couldn't be anymore happier with this hotel. Professional staff as soon as you walk in the door. King suite was clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect location and walking distance to everything downtown. We were here for a show at the Arnoff Center and I could literally hit it with a rock. We were right next door to Nicholson's restaurant. It was perfect! Almost too close to everything because we weren't able to get our steps in and burn off any calories. We will be back!

We love the 21C in Cincinnati. We have stayed in several room styles. We stayed for 4th of July and had a king corner. The room was clean and the ac kept the room cool, even in the heat wave. We had breakfast at Metropole. Our waitress was lovely and I wish we could remember her name. The avocado toast was perfect and the table pancake had a hint of almond flavor which elevated the flavor. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for his birthday and we had a great time. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They made everything simple and easily accessible. Loved our spacious room on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the city. We even had dinner right across the street at the upscale Mexican restaurant. The overnight valet parking was nice with a $45 fee. We saw many types of people staying here. Such as families, couples, workers, and people with pet animals. I'd say it is a great place for everyone. All around, great trip.
My husband booked this hotel for us since we live in Indianapolis and were coming into town for a couple of days. We chose it mainly because of the location, as we were planning to see The Lion King, and he was also encouraged by the positive reviews. He paid an additional fee for an upgrade, and we stayed in room 501. Unfortunately, while the room was not dirty, it was definitely in need of updating for the price we paid. The “upgraded” view was disappointing — we were looking at brick walls and dirty windows, which was not what we expected. The biggest issue was the bed. We ended up using five extra pillows trying to get comfortable, but both of us woke up multiple times each night with severe back pain. It was easily the most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on. I brought this concern to the front desk, but was told there was nothing they could do. We were also very disappointed with the restaurant and food quality. The walls were bubbling and peeling, and the booth seats were worn and peeling as well. It is advertised as fine dining, but our experience did not match that description. On a positive note, the staff was kind and polite throughout our stay. However, overall we were extremely disappointed, especially because we were excited about this visit. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, but we wanted to share our honest experience.
