The team that came out today was Hayden, Noah and Chase! They installed and new HVAC unit. This team was awesome!! All three was respectful, informed me of what they was doing. They was on time and they loved what they was doing and it showed. Awesome team work, professionalism and knowledge!

My recent service experience no exception! I was impressed by Mr. Kirk Martin!!! He was punctual, cordial, professional, & communicated clearly the service maintenance he was scheduled to provide. He diligently completed the task in a timely manner and made sure that I was satisfied with the results! Mr. Martin is an awesome technician!!! What a nice experience! After calling we had Jason here in less than 2 hours. The problem was a bit larger than anticipated and with the help of Tomas we now have a a free running drain. Procedures were discussed along with pricing which I believe to be competitive. Jason was pleasant and knowledgeable...everything was cleaned upon completion. He will be back in early spring for maintenance! Many thanks for a great job.

Our technician, Kirk, was friendly, personable, and very patient in explaining all my options as well as his assessment of what was taking place. I felt very little Pressure to do any specific option (no hard sales pitch). I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment. And it was particularly helpful to not only get an automated. Had an excellent experience with Charlotte Mechanical. My air conditioning went out and they were at my home the next day. They had to order the part but as soon as the required part came in they were at my home! My air conditioning is now working and it was covered under warranty! Special thanks to Kirk Martin!
