Worst experience in my 30+ years of homeownership. We hired this company for routine sewer line maintenance and were upsold to an $800 high-pressure cleaning. Just two months later, our basement backed up. We called twice and left messages with no response. When I finally reached the owner, I explained that the city inspected our line and found large roots and a major blockage under the house. His response was that the high pressure service “wasn’t guaranteed” and “roots grow,” which is unreasonable in a two-month span. When I reminded him we paid $800 to clean the line, he told me to hire someone else. When I tried to resolve the issue in person, he threatened me, saying if I showed up I “better have a bulletproof vest on.” My next call was to the police. And the next call to an attorney. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and threatening. I strongly advise against hiring this company.

We have used this company many times over the last year on our old Lakewood home. They are very efficient, ontime and easy to communicate with. When our toilet wouldn't flush for an unknown reason they were able to locate and remedy the problem quickly as well as get us a concrete contact to finish the job. They have properly diagnosed and fixed multiple plumbing problems including replacement of wax rings, installing a new toilet and leaking pipes. Homeownership is expensive, but its nice to pay a company with such integrity and knowledge.
