Eric was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was in the shop. They worked as quickly as they could and returned my car in excellent condition. The pricing was fair as well. Will definitely be using this shop for all my future auto needs.
went in bc my car was being loud. inspection is 143 and you have to pay that if you don’t accept their services. They weren’t super informative and only gave information when i asked. i wish they were more transparent when communicating. No verbal communication that the inspection would be 143, it was only stated in the contract i had to sign and I only realized this fact when I read through the contract. They did tell me my cat converter was stolen which I appreciate but unsure if it was worth the cost. I went to a different place and they gave me much cheaper options for my repair. I didn’t know these were even options, which I feel like this place could’ve given me as well. Answered all my questions and had a smooth process but could be more transparent imo

I moved to Chicago a few months ago and this place has been great to my car! I was referred by a friend of mine. I really like that they take pictures of what needs to be serviced and they will explain why it needs to be serviced! They are very good on time with services. Highly recommend making an appointment online! Thoughtful auto shop, will be back for more future maintenance.
