Taylor Auto Repair has been our preferred shop for our Volvo and Toyota vehicles for several years. They are friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are significantly lower than the dealer’s. I appreciated them providing a Lyft ride for me. They even researched the best course of action to get Volvo to provide goodwill assistance for a significant repair cost. We highly recommend them!
Service was amazing from the moment Chris answered the phone until the time I checked out. I have a jam packed schedule and needed to drop off my car quickly while I was in between meetings. The communication along the way, the price transparency and the general urgency was all greatly appreciated. While I wasnt happy about my oil gasket breaking, I was very pleased with the explanation of the issue as well as the description of what to expect after the service was rendered.

A big thank you to Chris and the team at Taylor Automotive. I am so appreciative of the thoroughness and the quality of the work that you've put into our 2004 Volvo. I have taken the Volvo to other locations in the area, only to regret it, as the quality of the products and attention to detail have never been as good as they are at Taylor Automotive, and I've ultimately just had to redo work done at poor facilities. I only trust Taylor Automotive with my Volvo now and feel confident, after the extensive work they've done, that my son will be safe driving our old Volvo back to school. Thank you so much!
