We like this place it is close to the church, St Saviour's tomorrow. It is close to King's Ford for charging our Chevy Bolt. There must be 100 places or more to eat at around here. Even a Trader Joe's. We got a beautiful bunch of yellow roses at Benken Florist for a funeral. Breakfast is served between 6AM and 10AM. There's tea and coffee available in the breakfast area anytime you want it. I 💜 really love Hampton Inns.
Our room was large and clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way and the shower dripped after turning off. Took multiple positions of the shower head diverter to get the drip stopped. The breakfast bar was unacceptable, it was empty. The coffee was also empty. Upon being told that there was no food, the front desk lady went back to the kitchen area and assisted the worker in getting some food out and did refill the coffee. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings were similar. On our second morning the power went out to the entire hotel. The hotel unit had blown. We had to carry/drag our bags down 3 flights of stairs. I had booked our room as a Hilton Honors Member, big mistake. I paid way more than if I had just booked on line. Upon asking the front desk clerk if an adjustment could be made, I was told that no adjustment would be made. There was no manager on duty for me to speak to.

Hello, Caution before staying here as there is a repeated theme of vandalism to cars in the parking lot. We were 1 of 6 cars on Saturday night, and I had also heard in weekends prior another 14 cars were vandalized. They bust out the back windows and look for technologies | wallets. So if you stay, take everything out of your car and leave it unlocked to save yourself the trouble. The rooms were good, the location is convenient, and the pool is nice. I also felt like the fitness room was better than most 3 star hotels, as well as the breakfast provided. So a good stay but certainly the lack of security and repeated theft is a concern that remains unaddressed. The hotel itself is tucked away behind a gas station and off the main road. Its right next to an FBI building, but that clearly was not a deterrent.
Nice facility and location but front desk staff are running the hotel as a hobby… we stayed there for two nights and paid in advance a nonrefundable rate to Hilton. My daughter was held hostage at 1am in the morning because they can’t see the payment at the Hampton inn side and was forced to pay again… numerous discussions with the front office personal and manager did not lead to anything and our request for refund was ignored… had to stop their double payment with our credit card company… lesson learned: don’t hand them your credit card if this happens to you… Also they let the breakfast buffet to run out of food an hour before it officially closes…
Great location. Easy access to freeway and a host of restaurants and retail in the area. Rooms are clean and maintained. Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again
