Highly recommend using Kimmel & Silverman and we had a great experience. I filed complaints on my own directly with Fiat Chrysler (FCA) and the state attorney general with basically no luck. I reached out and engaged Kimmel & Silverman and they took care of everything. They're knowledgeable, professional, took time to explain the whole process with us, answered any questions we had, and made the process easy. FCA wanted to make the process as difficult as possible and everyone we interacted with at Kimmel & Silverman was great, pleasant, and helped us close out this nightmare after purchasing a brand new vehicle that had constant problems.
Our 2024 Chevy Trail Blazer had a few problems early on with a bad air conditioner to a blown transmission within the first year and half of owning this brand new car. It was very fustrating dealing with GM. We got in touch with Kimmel and Silverman and started the process. Jeremie took our information and guided us on how the process would work. We met with David and we didn't know what our options were, so we felt good for his guidance. They were realistic with the timeline. After a few short months we had a offer that was reasonable. If you are in doubt they are very helpful and can lay out your options. We were very happy with the process and outcome.

Given how frustrating it can be to have a new vehicle with a recurring problem, Bob Silverman and David Kang were the easiest part of dealing with this issue. They were both courteous, personable, professional and quick to respond. I would recommend them every time.
I love my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe but the abundant reliability issues have been frustrating. Within the first week of getting the vehicle the push to start button wouldn't start the vehicle. I would have to keep pushing the button until the vehicle would finally start. I took it into Jeep but they were unable to duplicate the issue and there were no codes to read. That issue continued every couple days for several months until it would start but then I couldn't put it in neutral or put it in gear. I would turn off the vehicle, restart it and then it would be fine. Until that one day, where I couldn't put my vehicle in gear, couldn't put it in neutral, couldn't turn it off, couldn't put down the windows, couldn't open the back hatch. The only thing I could do was get out and call for a tow as my vehicle continued to run. That issue happened almost every month for several months. Jeep had my vehicle for almost 1 1/2 months in my first 12 months of ownership. I found Kimmel & Silverman and made a call. From the very first contact they let me know what I could reasonably expect as an outcome. Fast forward a little less than 4 months later and I finally know I have a nice size check coming to me. I can expect to receive that within the next two months. My biggest lesson learned is take your vehicle in every time you have an issue especially in the first 12 months or 12,000 miles. I didn't keep taking mine in until I was past 12,000 miles but still within the first 12 months. That's when a bulk of issues required my vehicle getting towed to Jeep. Kimmel & Silverman was able to negotiate a breach of warranty settlement for me. I'm at least getting some type of compensation for the continued issues with my vehicle. Kimmel & Silverman reached out when they had to for updates. So if you hire them just know you may receive random update calls from them when you least expect it and from phone numbers you might not know. Most of the time it will say Kimmel & Silverman. Their updates were consistent in the message they communicated and what the expected outcome may be. They delivered the results they were shooting for from day 1. I'm satisfied with the service and recommend them if you are struggling with your own lemon vehicle! Thank you Michael, Rick, Allison & Mr. Silverman for all your help. God bless you all!
This is the 2nd time I have worked with Kimmel and Silverman and they have been so easy and great to work with. They do all the work and just update you along the way. They got me the maximum breach of warranty claim (both of my cases didn't qualify for lemon law) both times. They kept me updated along the way, asking for the occasional work order or information and called me when they had a settlement. Their fees are paid by the Auto Manufacturer so there is no risk to you to work with them. 100% recommend them if you are having recurring issues with your car.
