Helping Hands went to battle for me. Aub and Lindsey are so well educated and their commitment to making you whole while fighting the insurance company for you is 5 star alone. But wait there is more. The education they provided me was priceless. Do not get taken advantage of by the insurance company. Now let’s talk about the work which was completed as scheduled in a quality manner with an attention to detail. The add ons I chose were affordable and completed on schedule and without high pressure salesmanship. Helping Hands Roofing were truly the helping hands I needed when I needed them the most. I believe in Helping Hands so much I have referred them and I would suggest them to anyone who reads this review. Thank you Helping Hands!

They did an excellent job on my roof - both dealing with insurance and with getting a quality roof installed (and fast once insurance finally approved (storm damage)). I'm impressed with (1) how quickly/thoroughly they stayed in touch each step of the way, (2) the level of effort they put into dealing with insurance (being there for the initial insurance inspection, getting another shingle out for insurance when it seemed that insurance lost the one they took to attempt to identify the shingles, etc.), (3) how quickly they came out during the waiting-for-insurance-to-get-back-on-shingle-identification to tarp, (4) how they stand behind their work (materials used and the install), and (5) how quickly they had the whole roof on the schedule and completed. They seem passionate about the customer getting quality results every step of the way. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend Helping Hands.
Aub and his team did a great job with our new roof install. He made sure we were set for the winter and then installed as soon as possible in the spring for best results. Helping Hands also worked directly with our insurance, which was a huge help!
In a 2017 “Rally Around A Roof” contest we were chosen as the winners but I was very skeptical. No one GIVES away a new roof ! We have a very large roof that had extensive damage not only to the shingles but the underlayment, gutters and soffits - we were having major leaking inside. On the day Aubrey came out to look at the roof I imagined many scenarios that he might do to avoid roof replacement but instead he added SO MUCH MORE ! They completely tore off the old roof, replacing many sheets of plywood and adding BEAUTIFUL and quality dimensional shingles. They also removed old roof vents and replaced them with an efficient and better looking ridge vent. Damaged gutters and soffits were replaced but IT DIDN’T STOP THERE! Out of pure generosity, they decided to do a bit of a makeover - powerwashing the entire house, cutting down dead trees and bushes and even removing an above ground pool with an old deck that had been staring us in the face for quite some time!!! Most importantly their professionalism and concern for detail was absolutely beyond anyone’s expectations. They were giving all this to us - FREE. If someone goes to this length to GIVE something away, imagine how they treat their paying customers!! Aubrey is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about people and their needs. We even gained a valuable friendship with he and his team. We won the lottery when we met this group! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helping Hands Restorations to anyone - just can’t say enough good about them! Thank you Aubrey, Lindsey and entire crew! You’ll never know how much you changed our lives!
