I ultimately chose to discontinue care at this clinic due to repeated administrative mistakes, excessive wait times, and consistently rude staff behavior (very unprofressional) Upon EACH visit, I had to block off nearly three hours just to receive a basic injection because patient care moved so slowly. There were also ongoing issues with prescriptions. At one point a staff member insisted the pharmacy had tried to contact me and that I simply didn’t answer. When I called the pharmacy myself, they confirmed they had never reached out because the doctor’s office had not even sent the correct prescription. I repeatedly had to rely on medication samples during visits instead of receiving properly filled prescriptions. During another visit, I waited 40 minutes alone in a room for blood work that was required for my medication. While waiting, I could hear staff openly discussing what they wanted to order for lunch. I eventually had to leave the room and ask when my blood draw would be done, only to be told that the person responsible didn’t even know it needed to be done. The response I received made it feel like I was the problem for asking. To the doctor’s credit, he even criticized the staff multiple times in front of me for mistakes. Unfortunately, the issues continued. Between the disorganization, repeated errors, excessive wait times, and rude attitudes from staff, this environment simply did not make me feel comfortable or confident in the care being provided. I have since returned to a clinic network I previously used where the professionalism and organization are far better. I hope this office improves, but based on my experience I cannot recommend it. Doctor was nice but the clinics organization was a mess.
