I highly recommend Dr. Hong. I went for our family’s medical examination and everything was smooth and pain-free. Dr. Hong took the time to explain the procedures, and helped us relax during any vaccines administered.
Dr. Hong is a very nice person and a very good doctor. He is very sensitive about hygiene. His place can be old but all equipment he uses are opened next to me and he showed me the brand and due dates before he apply me the vaccines. He understands the psychology of a patient and explains everything before he applies. Very good doctor. Strongly recommended.
Dr. Hong is very kind and knowledgeable. He and his office staff are fluent in English and Chinese. Every piece of medical equipment Dr. Hong used was fresh out of the package. He doubled checked every expiration date and manufacture date with me and explained what they are used for. I received a lollipop at the end of my visit which was such a nice gesture! After my visit, Dr Hong’s office also wrote me a cheque for the refund of the portion that my insurance company covered. He conducts his business with integrity. I would highly recommend his office!

Dr. Hong did my husband’s USCIS medical exam and it was without incident. As other reviews have mentioned, Dr. Hong has a hilarious sense of humor and talent for calming anxieties. My husband came out of his appointment unscathed and with a lollipop. Highly recommend to anyone needing a US civil surgeon. It’s also worth noting that the staff is remarkably punctual and the appointment started right on time. I can’t remember the last time I had this happen.
I wish every doctor administered vaccinations so well — literally 0 pain! Also, everyone is super friendly, definitely recommend!
