We had the best experience with Northwest Roof Tech! We got an extremely reasonable bid, the communication was always prompt, and the service was impeccable. The roofers were all friendly, professional, and the clean up was amazing. Our roof is pretty straightforward, but they did this job in a day and a half because they were so efficient. We recommend this company with a 10 Star rating!!
Tim came to My home did the job walk explained the process and installation of required vents and improved materials used . He gave me a heads up when the work would begin [full reroof] his crew showed up neat clean and with a solid work ethic my roof required additional sheeting and 1"x 4" slats to repair rotted wood the work took his crew a day and a half start to finish the invoice for the job was only a few hundred dollars over the quote. Which I was pleased with to cover the additional material required I would recommend Tim and his crew for your roofing job any day.
Called them out for a leaking garage roof back in December. Was immediately told a total replacement for my garage roof was needed. I asked if a temporary fix was possible for the leaking roof(I wanted to gather quotes and get a second opinion). The tech was up front about the minimum price which was $400 and I told him to patch the roof. He went ahead and did it and was gone within 10 mins. Before he left he assured me I would have a quote for the total replacement in a few days. A week went by I had received the invoice for the patch but no quote. 3 weeks later I had reached out to them to get an update on the quote, I had received this text(attached) but again no quote and have yet to hear back from them. With this current band of rain the roof continues to leak, albeit less than before. I understand that you are a business and minimums exist because you have to make money. But to charge someone $400 then not follow up is disappointing. You remembered to send the invoice for the overpriced work but forgot the quotes, twice I guess. If you didn't want the job just tell me. 2 stars instead of one because at least the tech was honest.
