My experience at Houston Physicians Hospital was great! I had never been a patient at a hospital nor have I ever gotten a procedure done on me. The staff were very welcoming and sweet. I’m very observant and they were very organized and very knowledgeable. The staff in the OR room made me feel comfortable as well. I’m usually a very anxious person and I did not have an anxious bone in my body that day. Felt I was in good hands. Overall, 10/10 experience from beginning to end!
I had so much fun doing physical therapy. All of my therapist were so nice and caring. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend going to this facility. They make exercising so much fun! I love them all and miss them now that I don't have to go anymore.
I came in for occupational therapy with Mythili and had a phenomenal experience. She was straight forward with me, she showed me she cared, and she gave me all the knowledge I needed to understand my problems and how to address them. Not just her though, the entire team they have is awesome! Incredibly kind and jovial group of people. Thank y’all for the pleasant experience!

Outstanding Care and Professionalism My mother recently had an imaging appointment at this facility, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and patient. They took the time to explain the process, made sure she was comfortable, and treated her with genuine kindness and respect. The technician on duty was skilled and compassionate, and the appointment moved smoothly without feeling rushed. It’s clear that everyone here takes pride in providing high‑quality care.
Scheduling was unprofessional. They booked the wrong time (was supposed to be 7:15 pm but put it in their system as 9 am). They were not able to correct it, and didn't even notify me until the day before my procedure. So I had to scramble last minute to make something else work. Also two different people in Scheduling were very flippant about their mistake...their non-effort, refusal to take any accountability, and lack of even caring (after they messed up) was the biggest problem I had with them. Attitude goes a long way. Other than that, everything else was great. Billing was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. My MRI tech was great. Unfortunately, Scheduling is the first impression, and first impressions are lasting impressions.
