From our first meeting with Dominic, we knew that we had found the right team to remodel two of our bathrooms. He was personable and knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. The initial proposal came with a variety of options (with separate pricing), which allowed us to completely customize the work plan to meet our exact needs. The overall pricing was competitive, and when all the work was completed, the final cost was within a percent or two of the original estimate. Even more importantly, Jaime and his crew did fantastic work. They were there every morning, cleaned up every night, and were very communicative whenever a complication arose or there was a decision to be made. The team’s flexibility was also fantastic. We ended up having to divide the project into two parts. Dominic was in weekly contact during the construction pause; and despite the complication, each portion of the project was delivered within the original time estimates. The final result was fantastic, and we love the quality, aesthetics and functionality of our remodeled bathrooms. We could not be more pleased with the Irpino Construction team.

We used Irpino Construction for our primary bedroom and bathroom renovation and we were very pleased with the whole process / would use the team again. This was our first renovation experience so we researched and interviewed about 5 well-rated GCs. Dominic stood out in our initial meeting, he was not too "sales-y" but was realistic in what we were able to achieve. We were looking to do a whole demo of our primary bedroom to also include soundproofing for our ceiling and Dominic walked us through the process. From that first meeting and the contracting process - we felt at ease that they were the right partners. It was great that the team was locally-owned and operated as well. Once we got started with our renovation about 2-3 months later, we met Jaime and his crew. Jaime is easygoing and transparent so talking through unexpected findings and fixes were relatively simple. Jaime, Angel and their crew showed up every day at 8AM and worked diligently to finish our project. Since we live in a bldg built in the 1920s, there were some complexities about the project that weren't accounted for in the original plan. However, Jaime was always great at walking through solutions and recommendations. We felt that he had our best interests at hand. The end result was exactly what we wanted and we are grateful for a relatively smooth renovation process. We truly trust Jaime and his team and are excited to use their services for for future renovations and work!
