No problems. Nothing to fix. Nothing to buy. Nothing against Michael. Nice fellow if I ever have to call you again or told him I’d like to have him he was very nice to me. Big smile but I said you better not charge me $139 again for doing nothing and he had a bigger smile that’s it.
I had a fantastic experience with Ethan. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my water heater issue, restoring hot water to my home in no time. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing help!
The people on the phone are very nice the guy who showed up was not very friendly and the way he spoke towards me made me feel like I was beneath him. Idk if it was because I was a woman by myself or if he just is that way. He checked out the place for five minutes tops. Barely glanced at the pipes and didn't lean to peak under crawl space even though there yes was standing water. He then sat in his car for twelve minutes before getting out and having me sign that he showed up and taking my sixty dollars for his "quote" which for a pipe that broke and needed replaced he said between 700 to 1000. From a guy who barely looked at it. He then proceeded to sit outside my house another ten to fifteen minutes. When he did leave I went back to cleaning. I walked out back and he was actually parked in front of my neighbors house I ended up being very uncomfortable and called the hotline that called me that guy was very friend and directed me to his supervisor who was very nice guy. I explained to him everything and he's handling it but it was very uncomfortable experience for a guy who showed up at 1:55 to look at my house and looked for a total of five minutes and didn't leave the area till 2:45 ish. Company maybe good, phone people good, supervisor very nice, the guy who showed up and made the impression absolutely not good and very uncomfortable. Dudley was the guy who showed ups last name. So they may be good and the recovery guy was very nice but the service guy is definitely not. So in reality I'd give it a one star but due to the phone guys and supervisor I'll give it a three for being very helpful about the situation.

Bill Owens was AMAZING! Incredibly intelligent and kindhearted man. He fixed the problem in our toilet and was so nice to talk to along the way. Thank you so much, Bill! We will absolutely be using Ben Franklin again in the future (and asking for Bill LOL!) 😊
