We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt onda Scottsdale. Ambiance of the property is so tranquil and peaceful and beautiful. It just sets the mood for relaxation. We loved the decor of the rooms, the local art and the wood beam ceilings. We opened the front and back patio doors letting the breeze flow through the room for a truly serene effect. The food and service were impeccable. I can't wait to come back to this property. Thanks for hosting us.

To put it simply, your resort left me completely speechless. From the moment we arrived, we felt totally catered to and pampered. I want to extend a special note of appreciation for Adrian. He was far more than welcoming; he was an essential part of making our wedding anniversary the dream experience we had hoped for. His exceptional service and warmth truly stood out. As much as I want to gatekeep this paradise, the truth is that any adult or couple should experience the absolute gem that is the Andaz resort. What a great and unique place. The Andaz is a very pleasant hotel, centrally located, and a nice change of pace from some of the larger resort type hotels. This place does not feel like a hotel at all as it has been designed for maximum peace it seems like. Check in and the front are not in a traditional desk format, and they lead nicely into a fun but not crazy bar/restaurant. The pool is large and has plenty of chairs/shade and was just enough of a scene without being overwhelming or not family friendly. The rooms themselves are grouped together in small bungalows. Our room was a good size and generally was very quiet. The room was nicely appointed, modern, and the bathroom was the same. There are fire pits and other areas for hanging out/relaxation all around the hotel as well. (I should note, we had a larger room and some of the Eames rooms did look a lot more cramped). The gym is modern, but did feel small sometimes. It is also a bit of a walk from the further out bungalows, but that is similar to most large resorts in the area as well. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here as it was convenient, comfortable, and relaxing.
Great place to stay with the wife as a get away! Excellent and quick service. They respond to any request right away! Pool was clean with plenty of space. Easy self park, food was tasty, and resort is a great place for adults. Not many kids and more adult vibe.
This stay was completely wonderful, my first wonderful Hyatt experience that met my expectations. Yes Daniel was also there at reception but Savannah is the one who checked me in and out and is quite friendly. I booked a bungalow in the retreat area to have access to the 2 other temperature regulated pools. It was beautiful the retreat area is very nice, it's further away from Weft & Warp and the Turquoise pool so it quiet and relaxing. Maydeline at the Spa was very helpful and very in touch with guest needs. One step ahead everytime. Colin really saved the day with making sure we had everything we needed. Brennan was also really helpful at breakfast and bringing us water all the way to the retreat pool. There was a minor hiccup with requesting ice while we were there but they did take care of it and apologized the next day for it not being done promptly, the acknowledgement was great and it really was such a minor thing. They have lots of activities everyday that are included and they also have experiences you can pay for.
