## Review: K&M Automotive I recently brought my 2014 Infiniti into K&M Automotive to have the air compressor replaced and the serpentine belt changed. Overall, I am very pleased with their service; the pricing was reasonable, and they completed the work in a timely manner. My only point of feedback is that I found some oil on the upholstery upon pickup. I would have appreciated it if they had used protective covers or gloves while working inside the vehicle. Fortunately, it was nothing a little upholstery cleaner couldn't fix. Despite that minor issue, the mechanical work was solid, and I would recommend them for their efficiency and fair pricing.
The quality of work and customer service is definitely subpar,. They are more concerned with finding additional problems with your vehicle versus repairs that you are requesting. My husband and I have had are vehicles serviced here. Recently, I had my brakes repaired and after picking up my vehicle the brake light remained on and my brakes squeal louder than they did before repaired. I ended up having BMW replace my brakes after poor customer service when I called to complain about my service. My husband had multiple services at once totaling $4800+ on his truck, when it was returned to him he noticed that the work was sloppy. They fail to replace screws in his door panel, light bulb in taillight was improperly installed and driver mirror no longer was functioning. He returned to have the problems rectified after speaking with a manager. They kept his vehicle 2 days without resolving his problems. They were nonchalant when he complained on day 2 after his truck hadn’t been touched. They will no longer get any more money from us. Their workmanship and customer service is GARBAGE!

I took my car in for repairs the first time, and the mechanic lost the wheel lock key. When I came back for a second repair, they told me they couldn't remove the wheel because the key was missing. I had to buy a new wheel lock key myself so they could continue the repair, even though they were the ones who lost it. The mechanic never informed the manager that it had been lost. When I picked up my car, the manager claimed that they didn't lose it and said that I was the one who lost it. They only reimbursed me for the cost of the key. So bad service After this experience, I will never do anything with this shop again.
They've been a reliable neighborhood auto shop for years! We are so lucky to have them just right around the corner. We view everyone there as family and can always count on them for a job well done at the best rate in the city.
I was a loyal customer of K & M for years under the previous ownership and always had excellent experiences. The shop was honest, reliable, and I trusted their work. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my recent experience has been completely different. I brought my truck in for what should have been a straightforward repair. After spending nearly $5,000–$6,000, the original issue has still not been properly resolved, and I am now dealing with additional electrical problems that were not present before the repair work. My vehicle has been at the shop for approximately six weeks, and communication has been extremely poor. Calls were not returned, and I ultimately had to drive there in person just to get an update. Despite multiple attempts, they have been unable to properly diagnose or fix the problem. At this point, I will need to take the vehicle to a dealership for a proper diagnosis and repair after already investing a significant amount of money here. I’m very disappointed to say this, but I have completely lost confidence in the shop under its current ownership and cannot recommend it based on my recent experience.
