I had a roofing company doing work on my roof for several days. Early afternoon on the final day I came home to a blank thermostat. I had nowhere air-conditioning in the hundred plus degree weather for most of the night. I had called the roofing company to tell them. I told them that I have multiple sclerosis in a heat sensitivity. That seemed to seriously light a fire under their butt. They swore that they would have it dealt with. I heard nothing from them until my doorbell rang at 9 PM. Jesus showed up and spent quite a lot of time in my attic and on my roof before finding the problem. He was fantastic and got the work done well. I highly recommend this company. Just a heads up that I did not pay for this, the roofing company did. So I can’t speak to the cost.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Promise Heating & Air is awesome! They came super fast when we needed help with our AC. The service was really quick and the people were very nice and helpful. They explained everything so we could understand and got the job done right. I would definitely call them again if we need anything. Great customer service and fast work. Jesus is the best technician in Phoenix!!

I can’t say enough good things about Promise Heating and Cooling and especially Jesus. From start to finish, Jesus was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through my options without any pressure, and made sure everything was done right the first time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about treating customers fairly. The service was prompt, the pricing was transparent, and the quality of work was excellent. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your HVAC system, ask for Jesus—you won’t be disappointed.
