What an AMAZING experience with this genuinely honest and knowledgeable company. From Scott Haring, the zero pressure salesman to the two young guys that did an amazing job following every step of the project, I'm a absolutely impressed. These guys SET THE STANDARD for what the HVAC industry ought to be. My house is nice and cold now with the humidity being lowered from a staggering 91% to 44% within a couple hours after two weeks with no A/C. All this for a very fair price for a single stage two ton unit, new coil box in the basement, new refrigerant lines, a new duct line installed, a patched basement duct with custom insulated patch from their shop and a repaired flex duct that goes to master bedroom that was originally dangling, disconnected. The installation crew even worked through a pretty violent thunder storm and pouring rain- so dedicated. Can't say it loud enough -- we are so glad we went with Scott Haring & Custom Air!!!! A++++
We had to have portions of old HVAC Ducts and Vents replaced in our basement of our house. The work was done by Deonte and Chase from Custom Air Conditioning and Heating Company over a day 2 time frame. They both did an outstanding job! They were both very courteous, polite, and respectful. They were both extremely hardworking and diligent in all of their work tasks. They explained everything that they were doing very well, and were very receptive to me asking questions. Their work was very neat and was of very high quality. They cleaned up very well after themselves and they were extremely careful with transporting new materials into the basement of our house, as well as extremely careful with removing all of the old Ducts and Vents from the basement. I scheduled Custom Air to move a thermostat from one side of a wall to the other. Although it seems like that might be fairly simple, the technician, Joe, ran into particle board in the area he was trying to access. Joe took the time to carefully drill through the board while still protecting the wires which was tricky. He could have easily given up, but he persevered, all the time remaining polite and professional. It is nice Custom Air has technicians that will take the time to get the job done and done right.
The service is excellent with this company. Customer air installed the unit in 2018 and have maintained it since. The technician OJ was respectful, helps me understand good practices. He was also respectful, relational and thorough. This is a company that answers questions, schedules quickly and takes care of any Problems that arise promptly.
