Dr Khalil and his staff are all amazing! They do their very best to build rapport while maintaining professionalism. I've been seeing Dr Khalil for more than a year and my health has improved tremendously after being in his care. I have moved farther away since being his patient but he is always worth the drive!
My name is Jose Lopez. I was a new person last Thursday. I do not highly do not recommend no one coming to this place. This is a scam. He only worries about the money scammer. I do not recommend no one. He did not really hear me out. Didn’t really look at the problem why I came in for I asked for a doctors note and they only gave me accused for that time and I explained to them about my work and all they will try to do is give me light work restrictions for me. It don’t seem like he care for his people no matter what how hurt or in pain is the patient or he only worries About how much money coming in and out the facility that means how much patient he could see without really hearing them out talking to them already what’s the problem? I really hate this place. I can’t believe I tried this place so rude disrespectful not helpful. It’s the last time I ever come to this place. He needs to shut this company down and change the name this is not no family medical Center. I was waiting 45 minutes just to be in the back room for four minutes and out that is so wrong. He did not hear me listen to all Pros that I have also gonna report the business to the bureau about this the BBB. He is not trading the patient to not come to this place. Please hear me out. I was a new patient last Thursday and I’m the last I’ve never ever going to come to this place ever again. I need someone that would like to help this. That’s not him someone that will hear me out and this place is not him. Josef Khalil needs to close his business.

Been going to this doctor for two years but finally switched insurance so I stopped going there. I have called in and left four messages to see if Dr. Khalil can give an authorization on my refill for one of my meds which is an important one testosterone. Nobody will answer my phone call and the pharmacy is still waiting on an authorization. And remember this is a refill not a new prescription so I have already filled it once I feel that as soon as I left his office, I am dead to them. I’m a ghost they no longer need to learn a helping hand.
I’m extremely grateful for the care and attention we’ve received from this office. Both my grandmother and I have been treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff is always welcoming and respectful, and the doctor takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I truly appreciate the patience and dedication they show, especially with my grandmother. Thank you for making us feel cared for and in good hands every time we visit.
They have updated their customer service. The doctor has great diagnostics and the front office has been great lately with updating appointments and confirming them.
