I had a great experience with Dakota. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of a laundry list of items on our house which needed some updating/modernizing. The pricing was very fair and he was able to knock out all the items within the afternoon. He also discovered a major electrical issue which we had overlooked and explained the problem in detail and provided recommendations on how to fix it. I’ll be using them again for other projects soon.
Jordan did an excellent job installing a new electric panel in our new house! We called in three different electricians from different companies and Jordan was the only one who recognized the kind of wire our house has. Someone from another company even tried to tell us we had Aluminum wire and was trying to get us to rewire the entire house (which is NOT cheap). Jordan came in and instantly recognized that we had Copper Clad Aluminum wire which did not need to be replaced. He saved us a ton of money and stress and reassured us that our house was safe. And now that the panel has been replaced we feel extra safe! Definitely going to use them for future work! Their customer service has been incredible!

On a weekend night, I heard a crackling noise from an outlet that I knew was bad. I found Jordan of Hometown Professional Services on google. He was quick to respond to my message and got me scheduled quickly. I must say that I really liked his personality, very friendly and open. When I asked a “why or how” question, he took the time to it explain it and showed me how it worked. I truly appreciated that because many companies do not do that. I will definitely use him again and strongly recommend anyone having issues to reach out. He gained a long term customer today.
