Glenn and his crew did a great job on this build out! Not just in the planning and designing stages but through the change orders and final stages of construction. Great crew and professional. I would use him again on another build.
This is an outstanding company! The combination of extremely high quality work, excellent communication skills, and perfect integrity made our experience with Icon fantastic. The interior rooms that they helped to convert into studios for yoga, cycle and more were completed on time and with tremendous attention to detail. Alex Pagan is the best on site foreman and carpenter anyone could ever hire. Jameson Pagan is a pleasure to deal with, on top of every detail and a great communicator. I am appreciative every day of the work they did for us.

We engaged icon for drywall work. Our mistake was to rely on these positive reviews. I’m posting this for others to go in with open eyes. Firstly, I’ve been really disappointed by the quality of work… just a few months after we’re experiencing tape peeling up and nail heads popping. They covered multiple electrical and speaker wires and then billed us after we had to cut them out and patching was required. We found the owners to be unresponsive and unconcerned. The last straw was when we had to settle a balance related to these repairs and materials they left on site that had not yet been used in order to schedule them finishing the job. When we paid they told us that they were too busy to come out and it would be two months before they could schedule anything. We’ve had to finish the job with another contractor.
