I've been a patient at this dental office for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. When I first started coming here, I had quite a few cavities and was concerned about my dental health. I plainly couldn’t afford to go to the dentist for a while and fell behind in maintaining my oral health. Thanks to their excellent care, guidance, and treatment plan, I recently had my first checkup with zero cavities! The entire staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. Their customer service is outstanding, and they take the time to answer questions and explain treatments clearly. I also really appreciate the payment plan options they offer, which have made it much easier to get the dental care I needed without added financial stress. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental team. They have truly helped me improve and maintain my oral health, and I'm grateful for everything they've done over the last year.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in 5+ years after bad experiences and this office gave me so much support and care. They had thorough communication throughout my visit and went over what I would pay/what insurance would pay for each suggested service BEFORE doing a single thing to my mouth. This made me trust them so much & allowed me to feel comfortable with what I was paying for. Every staff member was so kind and easy to interact with. So so so so thankful to have found this office!!!

I cannot recommend West Nashville Smiles Dentistry enough! From the moment we walked in, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. A huge thank you to the office manager, Shelbea, who went above and beyond to help us with everything. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Dr. Solaty was absolutely wonderful with my son, Gavin. She did such a fantastic job on Gavin’s cleaning and fillings, ensuring he felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I also want to give a special shout-out to Tateona, who was great and provided excellent support during our visit. If you are looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients, this is the place to go. We are so happy to have found such a talented and kind team!
West Nashville Smiles Dentistry has gone downhill since Tim Call and Hannah Temple are no longer at this location. The office used to be efficient and very informative. When I came in for routine cleanings, X-rays were taken quickly and efficiently, Hannah would complete my cleaning, and then Tim would perform his exam. I was always in and out within an hour. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. My cleaning lasted less than 15 minutes, which reflects how much the efficiency at this location has declined. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. I checked in online and arrived around 4:15 PM, but no one was at the front desk. After waiting, the front desk staff eventually returned. I was taken to the exam room where my blood pressure was taken, then brought back to the front for X-rays, and afterward returned to the room to wait for my cleaning. Catherine examined my teeth and explained everything that needed attention, which I appreciated. However, my cleaning did not begin until approximately 5:15 PM, and I had to leave at 5:30 PM to return to work and finish my day, meaning I now have to come back another day to complete it. I was told they could get me out on time, yet I was charged an additional $40.20 for a deep cleaning. I’m unsure how a deep cleaning could be completed in just 15 minutes. Shyan must be an exceptional hygienist if she can perform both a regular and deep cleaning this quickly. After today’s visit, I have lost trust in this location
Shyan gave me the most thorough cleaning, she removed coffee stains that I didn’t know could be removed. Dr. Howard is professional and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. Overall it was a great experience.
