I stayed 2nights and never got room service. It was told to me that was upon request that room service/housekeeping was done. The hotel does not offer a microwave nor an iron to press your clothes from traveling with luggage. So if your traveling for business so much for preparing your clothes. The room are very out dated and the beds slide and shift off platforms (no boxspring). The walls were very thin and can hear the people in the halls and the connecting rooms next door. I had people try to get in my room while sleeping. When alerting front desk/manager I was met with no concern or urgency to resolve the issue. I was offered towels to a room that actually needed to be cleaned. I will never book this hotel ever again. My 2 night stay costed me over $650. It was not worth my money.
Stayed at the Hollywood Casino Greektown Hotel and was really impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. The hotel had plenty of bathrooms available throughout the property, which was very convenient, and the 24-hour gym was a great bonus. One of the best parts is the location — it’s surrounded by a lot of great restaurants and bars, and it’s also very close to the DPM, making it easy to get around most of downtown Detroit without needing to drive. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I’d definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here on 6-7-2026 we were in town for a Tigers Baseball game and wanted to stay the night. The location was excellent. Right off the expressway with free valet parking with our stay. Many restaurants close by including several in the Casino. The city view from our room was amazing. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.
Our room was very dirty . Sticky spills and food left on the table next to the bed. Sticky floor,, the phone receiver was disgusting. And the grout on the bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing. After cleaned I needed more towels and wash cloths so I could shower. They only give you 2. It took 2 hours. The dunkin donuts was convenient but everything was stale. Our view of the city was beautiful. The guys in the valet parking were very nice and provided excellent service. I don’t think I would stay here again
The service at the bars is pretty good (except for Kim and Val, from the Hollywood Social, they're spectacular). The rooms make for a pleasant stay, but room service is a bit slow (non-weekend stay). The location of the casino is easy to get to, (the Lafayette exit takes you right to the parking structure), and there are plenty of restaurants to vists. Keep in mind, you will be in Detroit, and sometimes it's not the safest place. Inside the Casio and parking lot, there is security, and they're pretty active. Detroit PD, and state PD can be seen walking around the casino, or posting in different areas. Overall, it's a good time.
