We recently had Reliable Heating & Air, Plumbing and Electrical install an EV charger along with several additional electrical outlets in our garage for security cameras and a refrigerator, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. We’ve been using Reliable for all of our home needs—electrical, plumbing, and AC—since 2016, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service every time. From start to finish, everything on this project was handled professionally and efficiently. Joseph Banister did an outstanding job—his attention to detail, knowledge, and workmanship were top-notch. He took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and safely, and he clearly takes pride in his work. What really stood out was how clean and organized everything was when he finished. The garage looked just as good as it did before he started—honestly, you’d never even know work had been done. I had a serious leak in my main line. I did not know what company to call. My neighbor highly recommended Reliable. I took her word and called them. I am so happy I did. From the first call to the time the plumber arrived everyone was polite, concerned, and proffessional. I will no longer loose sleep over a plumbing problem because I know who to call, "RELIABLE". They sent someone to my house for the service maintenance. The guy said he was finished and left my unit looking unassembled. I owe one payment for the current month of $69.99 and they declined to send anyone to service and fix the mess that they created. Reliable also will keep credit card records of all your credit/debit card payments to randomly charge your accounts. I have decided to pay them by money orders and closeout this one sided maintenance agreement. No other business keeps all your credit card records after you tell them to close it and try to randomly charge them without your approval confirmation. Buyer be aware. The service agreement is not good service just look at my photos.
Edit: reliable technicians went above and beyond to correct the issues and make things right. Updating the rating from 1 to 5 stars. See photos for 1 and 5 star examples of the finished work. Tech showed up at my house nearly 2 hours late then didn't leave till nearly 10pm. Reliable uses outside contractors with no oversight. The tech left a hose too short, connected it at a 45 across a walking bath so I have to duck to get to my car, then ghosted me. Thankfully the sales guy is responsive to hopefully get this taken care of.
Johnathan and Reliable consistently get maximum Stars in our experience. We had their services about three years ago when we lived in Marietta and they were nothing less than excellent then, and now that we’re back in Cobb County, we knew that they were a “go to” company. Johnathan showed up on time. Johnathan professionally and personably performed our service as requested. It was also educational. I had technical questions about the Carrier systems we have, and they were not only answered, but I was given an historical perspective on the system and where we are today in the HVAC world, so to speak. He also had valuable input on what we can do to maintain our systems in the long haul. Three years ago, a neighbor recommended Reliable, and we will do the same today. We highly recommend Reliable for anyone or any business that is in need of HVAC services and the other services they offer.
