I just got my roof replaced by Porter Roofing and I have to say it was an excellent experience. I worked closely with my sales contact, Jack Anderson, through a tough and long insurance process. He communicated the entire time. Once the work was complete, he followed up and made sure I was happy with the work. To wrap up the job, Kari Spencer sent me my billing and worked with me as a I waited for the insurance check to be endorsed. Once all was paid for, I received my warranty information from Kari- which was for a Lifetime Workmanship. The process was smooth and the result is great.
I had a great experience with Porter Roofing and Restoration. My initial contact, Taylor, was fantastic throughout. As is the case with most insurance companies, mine attempted to "low-ball" me in what they were liable for. Taylor and Braden with Porter worked tirelessly with my insurance to make sure I was paid what they owed based on my policy. They were fantastic in following up with me through every step. Once we had finally received the money from the insurance company, booking the repair date was quick and easy. The crew and their quality control manager Mike did a great job on the repair and it was all done within one day. Mike consistently followed up during the day to make sure things progressed properly, and he followed up to make sure that I was happy with the quality of the job. All in all, I would highly recommend Porter for both the price and quality of work.

I had a very positive experience today with Josh Garcia. He inspected my roof and found nothing wrong. An honest contractor! He was professional and very polite. A pleasure to talk with. I will definitely call him if I have a problem with my roof or gutters. Thank-You Josh

Matt evaluated our aged and mildly damaged roof. His assessment was accurate and not embellished, just a factual summary with video evidence that he went over with us. His predictions about possible hidden damage (based on our roof layout and age) were accurate as well. Braden scheduled our work and kept us apprised in real time as the weather variety of summer in the mid-west affected projected work dates. They actually hit the original date after trying to get us done early. Matt was a presence again during the work, collecting debris, sweeping the propery for nails and advising what inspection after tearoff revealed. Mike did final inspections and answered all questions. The crew was professional, super efficient (they've clearly been at this awhile) and took care prevent damage or soiling of our property. The quality of the work looks to be superb. Granted, this is day one. I look forward now to some wind and rain to give the final verdict. We've had numerous repairs and restorations done over our decades of home ownership. Porter is a company we'll consider a must for including in bids for anything they do that we might need in the future.
