We had a roof leak directly above one of our largest machines at ICS, where we manufacture compressed cellulose sponge. Since our product expands when it gets wet, water dripping from the ceiling meant we had to completely stop production. Not ideal when you are staring at a ship date on the calendar. I called Legacy Roofing that evening and explained the urgency. The next morning, Daryl personally called to confirm techs would be there between 8:00 and 8:30 and shifted their schedule to meet our needs. I later found out he was home sick with the flu and still making sure we were taken care of. That says a lot. Will and Bubba showed up early at 7:50, smiling and happy before 8 AM, which honestly deserves recognition all by itself. I joked they looked like a couple of famous people standing by the van, but in all seriousness, they were all business once they got inside. They were on the roof immediately, fixed the issue fast, and were out by 8:30. By 8:45, production was back up and running. Professional. Prompt. Efficient. Zero drama. Legacy Roofing does not have competition. They set the standard. And if their boss is reading this, these guys deserve tacos for Taco Tuesday.
Joe Herman and his team did a fantastic job. My shingles were in desperate need of replacement, and Legacy did not disappoint. They started and completed my roof in under a day, right after we had our first snow for the season. The roof came out wonderfully and Joe always made sure to keep in touch throughout the process.

Jarret was such an awesome person to work with. He helped us through the entire process of inspection, insurance claim, and repairs/installation. Great communication throughout the process. Jarret went above and beyond to help us resolve a discrepancy in payment with our insurance company. His crew was very nice and polite, but it did take a bit longer than originally expected.
We have been using Legacy Roofing for a little over a year now, and have been very impressed with their service and professionalism! I mainly am in contact with Daryl and he has been nothing but great! He has techs onsite when he says they will be on-site, answers the phone and always gets back to me! The techs are just as good! Really happy with everything they’ve done for us!
