If you are in need of a criminal defense attorney, stop looking elsewhere because you have found the firm (MayesTelles) that will help you. Before going into my brief explanation of my victorious experience with MayesTelles I wanted to name my attorney, James Simpson who represented me and supervising paralegal Jeannine Hicks who also assisted me throughout this whole ordeal. I could write a novel giving thanks and praises but for the sake of this review, I will try to keep it short. I had several charges stacked against me in Pinal County and was looking at prison in my near future. The prosecution offered a ridiculous plea with mandatory prison time. I consulted with a couple attorneys in Pinal County and knew they were not going to help me. A family member referred me to Mark Mendoza of MayesTelles giving high praises. Needless to say my experience was night and day from the other attorneys I consulted with. James Simpson was professional and down to earth with me. Very upfront and knowledgeable. He is experienced as a former prosecutor for several state/ county agencies and used that experience now to help in my criminal defense. James Simpson picked my case apart and went through it with a fine toothed comb finding inconsistencies throughout. I went from facing over a decade in prison to a term of probation. James Simpson knocked my case out of the park and helped me keep my freedom without the need of going to trial. I am writing this review from the comfort of my home with my family in the next room. I GUARANTEE if I would have gone with any other attorney or dare I say public “defender” I would be wearing an orange jumpsuit sitting in a cell right now. I want to acknowledge Jeannine Hicks, the supervising paralegal. She was my go to contact while my case was pending. She always answered any of my questions and arranged to speak with Mr. Simpson if need be. She would maintain contact with upcoming hearing dates and answered my concerns very quickly. I needed to travel out of state on two separate emergency occasions and she had the motions filed to get approval promptly. Everything was always seamless by this team. I would like to begin my review of Daniel Fulce "Daniel" by saying if I could give him 10 stars, I would. But since I am unable to do just that, how about five ++ stars. First, let me say that my opinion of Daniel is his first rate, top notch professional expertise, his empathy, camaraderie and ability to tap into a person's needs along with his ability to ultimately look to ways to present a successful outcome for my husband, Bruce Frost. Bruce is not an easy guy to work with. Difficult would be an understatement. My husband is the most stubborn guy on the face of the planet, but Daniel kept his composure always trying his best to understand where Bruce was coming from and how best to resolve this case based on the circumstances presented. Facts presented, case presentation and final and ultimate best resolution are all factors that play into this and Daniel hit them all. He met with and worked out a plan with the prosecutor to put Bruce on a path where he would be able to ultimately have his case dismissed. Hallelujah! My husband was reluctant to accept this passive plan, but Daniel assured him this was the best possible avenue to resolve this and with the best outcome for Bruce. And with my prodding, Bruce attended the final hearing and came through with flying colors. But this could not have been accomplished without Daniel's complete follow-through. This was a WIN-WIN for Bruce, and we cannot thank Daniel enough. Daniel, we appreciate you!!!
