I had a wonderful experience at Hard and Hunter Restaurant! The food was great— I particularly enjoyed the clam chowder and turkey sandwich. The waffle with chicken was also good, and the chicken portion was impressively large. The H&H meal was delicious as well. I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the convenience of coat hangers for our coats. This is definitely a place I'd love to visit on a rainy day to savor their soup and sandwich. Overall, a delightful dining experience!
We walked in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. The food was quite good! We basically had a late brunch for lunch here, and their menu was perfect for that. Our server was great, and the restaurant decor was nothing fancy, but was pretty comfortable at least. We had an order of eggs Benedict, fish and chips, and 3 orders of waffles with chicken. We also ordered biscuits with eggs to share so we could try their famous biscuits. Everything was very tasty. The eggs Benedict was one of the best ever! Cooked perfectly and so delicious! The waffles with chicken was also very tasty. The waffles were really good, crispy and yet fluffy inside, and the fried chicken was better than expected for a brunch. The fish and chips was also pretty tasty though not as memorable as the other dishes. Their biscuits were really good too! We made the mistake of not asking for the gravy on the side because we didn't want to have soggy biscuits, but despite being drenched in a delicious gravy, they stayed pretty firm and so moist and fluffy inside. Their espresso martinis were delicious, but I opted for the Japanese old fashioned, and it was very good! We had a great meal here. So no complaints really.

Awesome place for your staple brunch!! I got the egg Benedict. Flavorful and perfectly cooked. The environment is fantastic. We got a booth seating. There’s hooks for coats and bags. Great service as well. Would totally comeback to try other meals!
Went later on a Friday night before Valentines day, it was decorated with cute flowers and candles, nice theme and the drinks were good. But the food was amazing. Braised beef is a must! Service was good! I would most definitely come back to eat again.
The Hart and Hunter is a very nice breakfast restaurant located close to Pike and hotels. I would really recommend the Smoked Beef Hash. Also the sticky toffee pudding was great tasty.
