I was facing a life changing challenge about a month ago. I spoke with a man at the courthouse who referred me to April Jones. She and her staff were exceptional in the advice and assistance they provided. I would recommend their law firm to anyone who wants thorough results and consultation. Her staff was extremely helpful as well when I called unexpectedly more than once.
I'm so blessed I found this resource! The gentleman I spoke with was very understanding and polite and he had great communication he was very helpful. I reached out to several organizations and wasn't able to get through or a call back from a few. So I was definitely pleased that I was able to talk to someone right away. Thank you again.
Okay I got my question answered. He just hung up the phone on me while I was talking. Today's date 11/6 at 11:08a. I truly didn't mean to offend the man. With my conversation. I know this is a law firm goodness. Thank you for answering my question about if my landlord legally has to send my deposit through USPS certified mail. Hanging up on me was extremely uncalled for. I wasn't asking any other question either, Jesus I'm already having a terrible time no need to freaking add to it by being so rude sir. I hope your day gets better mister.

Floyd was great at customer service, Its nice to have someone with his charisma to be the front person...however it took a lot longer than I anticipated. I arrived around 8:30 and didn't leave until after 11 and still didn't get to see an attorney. So that was a little frustrating. Now I'm not sure what to expect on my next court date.
