took my child here for a bicycle accident, bleeding face (needs stitches in upper lip and chin, pouring blood), road rash on his chest, hands and arms ripped up and fractured wrist. 3 hours later and noone can read the xrays. talk to a doctor on a screen and sit there and bleed. Why even go to a hospital he was actually in Better Care by The Neighbors on the street without medical training then around all these overpaid under worked Hospital staff shaking my head
After a fall in my home that put me in the ICU at Summa Akron City for 2 weeks, once I was stable enough to go to post hospital care, I was very fearful of that type of care. After hearing the horror stories about that type of care, I chose Green Health & Wellness because of a referral from a family member and its proximity to where I live. That was the best decision I ever made for that care! When I arrived there I couldn’t walk or even roll on my side in bed. The care I received was incredible. The staff kept me clean and comfortable from the first day. The physical therapy people had me up and walking with assistance in just 2 weeks. I could not recommend them with any more enthusiasm than to say if I ended up in a similar situation it’s the only place I would go. Medicare allows me to choose my health providers for this type of care and Green Healthcare is the only place I would go to get back on my feet!

This facility is fantastic! The staff are all so kind and professional. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and made the whole experience easy and painless!
My labs are for the most part pretty quick in the morning. Compared to other places that I have gone to in my many years. For the most part, my labs are not by appointment. The registrars are friendly and efficient - and helpful to patients who are confused or impatient.
This place is phenomenal and convenient to have all the different doctors and specialists you could need. I first started seeing a spine specialist there before I realized they had everything. Then recently in past couple years I began transitioning all of my medical treatment and doctors away from Aultman to Akron General/Cleveland Clinic. All my doctors, and most of my medical treatment is here, and they are all top tier. Primary care, lung doctor, spine, and physical therapy are all absolutely incredible, and are the some of the best in the field. I think very very highly of all of them and fully trust my healthcare and treatment to them and wish I'd have transitioned way sooner than I did as I probably could have avoided getting as bad as I have gotten with the better medical care than I was getting previously. And it is an added bonus having all your doctors and specialists all under the same organization able to pull up your entire chart and notes from everything and able to cross reference what the other doctors on your team have said or done and all in communication with each other. It really makes treatment smoother. Everyone there are simply the best at what they do and I am highly thankful and appreciative that this place exists and has given me an opportunity to try and get my health and well being back on track after so long of having low rate medical care at other places I won't name. There is no place better than this for most of my outpatient service needs.
