Awesome job. We have a new construction home that included an Aprilaire ventilation. With the cold winter the unit seemed non-stop. Calling the company they provided this company as preferred. They got that right!! Zach came and recalibrated the unit perfectly with all the education I needed to understand why and how to be more efficient. Air Systems Mechanical did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump and hot water tank. Their crew was extremely professional, thorough, and respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with how the system works before they left. The installation was clean, organized, and very uniform—everything looks great. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the space spotless. On the coldest morning of the year I woke up to a cold home and a furnace in need of repair. It was a Saturday. I called A-1 Mechanical because they had great reviews and an emergency number. After a few calls Terry called me back and was here in 45 minutes. Not long after he had my furnace working. He replaced a part that was needed and explained to me everything he did.and what it costs I appreciated that. Of course there was an emergency charge which was expected. I am a very satisfied customer and will recommend them to my friends and family and definitely will be using them in the future
I was told by a local heating company I needed a new furnace. I called Air Systems for a second opinion because the furnace seemed to be working fine. They came out, did a diagnostic on the furnace and duct work. The furnace was in good working order. There was nothing wrong with it. The people who came out were on time, knew the furnace system we had, and did a great job checking everything. The price was very reasonable for the diagnostic work. A big thank you to Zack, and Air Systems.
Our furnace died completely. They sent someone out quickly, explained clearly what the problem was and cost of repairing it. It was 33 years old, needed a costly repair, we opted to replace it because we knew it had been on borrowed time. John came out, spent time explaining our options and pricing. They got us a new furnace, installed quickly due to the cold weather. I can't remember the names of all the techs that came out but Tyler was one of them. They were all pleasant, polite and cleaned up completely after they were done. I would definitely recommend them.
