Our air unit was out for 3 days it was the HOTTEST DAYS. I filled out on Costco app to have someone come out and give us a quote (It was on Sunday I was called same day) impressed me. We was scheduled for Monday 10 to 12, Chasen Waugh came out my husband said it was no rush very professional and explained EVERYTHING again no rush. We got several other quotes.we were very impressed with Temp Control. Our technicians Jose, Marvin & Felix they were AMAZING very friendly and polite. It was SO HOT UP IN THE ATIC where the unit was located. THEY CAME IN MY 91DEGREE HOUSE AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. I mean they worked so hard these gentleman were Phenomenal. TEMP CONTROL IS THE NUMBER 1 HVAC IN TENNESSEE. Just want to Thank Hannah you were so patient with me and friendly. I enjoy spending my money with a Company with GREAT EMPLOYEES THAT CARE AND WORK HARD.

I subscribe to the PM service for my two residential units. They do a thorough and professional job. Stuart is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. When I need a repair they are prompt and reasonably priced. They are a good company and I would and have recommended them in the past.
Today’s visits were part of my Comfort Club benefits - which saved me some $$$ on repairs as well. James was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. He helped spot a potential issue before it became a problem; which I always appreciate - especially when summer is coming. I’ve been a customer of Temp Control for many years and always appreciate their kindness and genuine care for the people they serve.
Clay was very respectful and courteous. He provided updates as necessary and kept us informed on the stats of our units. Very good technician. I’ve always had a wonderful experience with TempControl. I bought my units from Eloy 9 years ago and this is the first own needing to be replaced in that entire time. I bought two Trane units and have had the maintenance plan with them ever since. The technicians they hire have always been very courteous and willing to explain the issues in tends that make sense. I can’t recommend them enough. I even baked them out to our place of employment from their commercial side to fix a unit I couldn’t get Lee Company to even call back about. Temp Control, I believe, showed up that day if not the very next day and had us up and running in less than an hour.
