Lakeview Boutique Hotel Kirkland

Our stay was wonderful! The room was exceptionally clean, especially the bedding and bathroom, which made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were just as cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. We also appreciated all the thoughtful amenities, including a variety of coffee options in the room, a snack, shampoo and conditioner, and even a toothbrush and toothpaste. It’s the little touches like these that make a stay feel extra special. One of our favorite things was that they’re dog-friendly, so we were able to bring our pup along. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I loved my stay at this guesthouse — it’s a truly soulful place. I’m very grateful to the owner: she’s incredibly attentive to her guests and does everything to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. My room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a window that opens for fresh air and a large balcony. There’s a cozy chair on the balcony, from which you can even see the lake a little. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept extremely well and woke up feeling fully rested every morning. They gave me an extra blanket — I was especially grateful because it was a thick, warm duvet, not the usual thin coverlet that hotels normally provide. The towels are fresh, clean, and snow-white! The air conditioner works perfectly both for cooling and heating. The room had shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, soap, and other amenities, plus complimentary snacks and drinks — a very nice touch. The room was spotlessly clean, fresh, with no unpleasant odors and completely quiet. There’s a work desk that’s very comfortable for working on a laptop, a fridge, a microwave,coffee machine,TV and basically everything you need. When I was reading reviews on Google Maps, some people complained that there’s no full-time receptionist. I honestly don’t understand this complaint — why would I need someone constantly standing at the front desk? I don’t need constant assistance. Whenever I needed something, they responded immediately and handled everything without any issues. Someone also complained that the parking was cold. It’s an open parking area covered by the building above it. It’s well-ventilated, not a closed garage. I don’t understand this complaint either — you leave your car there, not sleep in it. It’s actually a very good and convenient parking spot. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, just a few minutes away by car. My favorite is the cat café — there are lots of cats and kittens there that you can pet. Just a short walk away is a beautiful lake with a park — a perfect place to relax. I loved every part of my stay. I highly recommend this guesthouse and will definitely be returning!
