Beautiful garden accessible only from DoubleTree. I wished there was more seats there but otherwise relaxing, and I really appreciate the garden especially in the Downtown area.
Kyoto Garden is located inside DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Los Angeles Downtown, formerly known as Kyoto Hotel, Los Angeles. The garden is well maintained for everyone's enjoyment. The minute I entered the garden, I felt relax and peaceful.
A quaint on the smaller side garden space. I was impressed to find this rooftop garden in such an old hotel.

The garden is only for hotel guests, there is no option for paid entry. It feels like there's a lot of "gatekeeping" in the vicinity of Little Tokyo. A shame, I had wanted to see the garden.
Kyoto Garden is a charming little oasis inside the Double Tree Hotel in Little Tokyo. Take the elevator to G level to find the entrance. Though small, it offers lovely landscaping, a waterfall, and peaceful seating areas. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. It’s definitely worth a visit for a quick, serene escape!
