Dan was so nice and is extremely good at what he does! Great communicator and after climbing up to the roof (2 stories!) in the middle of a heat wave (its been sweltering inside 😭) n having to toil with broken parts, he had the system up and running again a little shy of noon..very thankful for him and Godby services for expert service and fair oricing, will be happy to recommend them in the future!
Great service. Home generator repai. Explained what was happening so I knew the issues. Took time to answer questions. Pretty fast appt making to actual service call. Jorge was my service person. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Will use again.

Fair price and fast & friendly service!! Jorge was the technician who replaced my water heater anode rod and was very professional and knowledgeable! I’m definitely gonna stick with Godby in the future!!
Godby saves the day! Our usual service company totally failed us on some electrical repairs. Godby came out and helped us avoid an electrical fire. They identified several errors and code violations in how the work was incorrectly completed by the other contractor. They helped explain and photograph the issues and this was a big help. They then prioritized getting us electrical again. They did a safe temporary repair and were out here the next business day to correct the issue. The other company wanted a week to fix their mistake. Not only did they come in and correct the issues created by the other contractor (full panel replacement), they upgraded the panel and fixed the prior contractors error for substantially less than other companies wanted just to get us back to status quo. Our techs, Francisco and Jorge, worked late to get the job complete and when an outlet my wife uses wouldn’t come on, they stayed even later to fix it. No additional charge. The original job was to upgrade outlets for my woodshop. They labeled all the plugs, put everything on separate breakers, and made sure there was cushion for upgrades and changes. It was just the perfect touch. This was the best experience we could have had considering the terrible situation we were in. Highly recommend.
