We were looking for someone to routinely maintain our kid’s ac system and we are glad we found Proactive. Marco was very thorough in his service call and suggested two things to be installed to our current system. No pressure and no upsell, and we went ahead and even enjoyed a 10% discount because we signed up for the maintenance plan. So glad we found them!

The installation team arrived on time, worked hard, and did a great job replacing our upstairs HVAC system. It's refreshing to find a company that values doing the right thing and treating customers fairly. We're thankful to have found Proactive Air Conditioning. Frank was easy to work with, a great communicator, and the most knowledgeable guy we’ve had work on our system. He was able to identify several issues that were leading to improper air distribution throughout our home. His team worked about 8 hours to redo the ducting our home. They were careful not to dirty our newly installed carpet and left without a trace for me to clean up. Super thankful we found them!

I recently had Proactive Air Conditioning install Two Trane XV18 HVAC system with Aprilaire filters in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The installation was seamless, and they made sure everything was up and running perfectly before leaving.
