Dr. Benita Jackson is an incredible woman and amazing at what she does. Seriously cannot recommend this place enough, everyone was so genuinely kind to me. Thank you all again for being so amazing! I have been a patient at American Dental for a while. I’ve had extensive work done with several appointments, all without any issues or problems. All of the employees (including Dr Jackson) are beautiful inside and out. Very professional!! From the front office to the back. With every encounter I e been treaed with the utmost regard and respect. Dr Jackson uses precision skill in every step. She makes it a point to stay informed and continue her education for the benefit of her patients and the latest technology. I am so grateful to the person (Valerie) that referred ADC to me. They come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in my book Jan Jones-Carter 💐
Okay let’s talk about today’s visit with the amazing team at American dental. So I arrived at 1:00pm for my emergency appointment. I waited for 10 mins before I’m greeted and taken to the back. Let’s not fail to mention that I have a fear of needles so I’m a little nervous. Mrs Benita assures me she will handle me with care while introducing her right hand, who was just as amazing as her! The way they transitioned in and out the room, the way they thoroughly explained the procedure, and the overall level of professionalism was it for me! So we get started and I’m as calm as I’ve ever been in a dental setting lol. When I tell y’all I didn’t experience any pain. There was a bubble of uncomfortableness but that was to be expected with the condition I was in when I arrived. Let’s fast forward so I can tell y’all how excited I am about what’s about to happen! A plan for my beautiful smile was created with passion and patience. I left knowing I was in the right place. I can’t wait to show off my completed smile!
