We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. Close to everything! The neighborhood was also beautiful and I appreciated the friendliness of the hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious and the variety offered, was good enough. Complimentary hot beverages in the lobby, was icing on the cake for me. Parking area was well lit and I appreciated the relaxation outdoor area at the side of the hotel. Will definitely recommend and may actually bring my family back, if we pass through the State again!
Stayed as an over night on my way to Atlanta. Loved the location, quiet, safe and nice. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Parking was free. Breakfast was decent, enough to start your day but nothing memorable. Hotel is pet friendly. Dog enjoyed her stay with us.

Hotel was clean. Staff was either neutral or friendly. Breakfast was meh. Nearby restaurant called Salsas was amazing. I was given two broken pack n plays. The front desk attendant said they didn’t have anymore available and that they did not know how to set it up. So my recently crib trained ten month old baby ended up having to co-sleep with me during my stay. Since returning home my baby has regressed to refusing sleep in the crib. Every hotel I’ve stayed in set up the pack n play before or after bringing it to the room. It would be nice if the staff gets trained on how to set up the pack n plays for guests. It might even lower the amount of broken cribs so they are available for guests as the website claims.
When you stay at a lot of hotels it's easy for them to all blend together and become just another stop. What makes a good hotel stand out is it's staff. We had a short stay with only two nights but the staff was so engaging and accommodating. The hotel location was perfect with lots of food and entertainment just a short walk away. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. To the manager, hold onto your employee Allora, she's one of the good ones and made our stay stand out! Thanks again for everything.
I had an amazing experience visiting Tru. We came in and Penny checked us in and was so kind and patient with us. The room was nice and clean and the area for the guest gives home vibes or a student union which I loved as I was able to get some school work done! For breakfast 10/10! They had everything and love the pancake idea so it’s not so messy while pouring the mix into the pan! The staff was very accommodating and patient as well.
