Dunrite? More like Dunwrong. We had Dunrite HVAC to service our AC units on 6/12/2026, since they were the new company taking over our original agreements with Brandons' AC. They showed up to sell us new equipment instead. The whole visit was a pitch about how old our units were. The actual service we were there for never happened. Proof: the filters were never cleaned. Not wiped, not rinsed, not touched. I have the photo. And when the tech left, a panel from the outdoor unit was still sitting in the grass beside the house. He did not even put the unit back together. This outfit is a result of various name changes which has changed names more than once, and the service has gotten worse every time. We brought in Milestone to do it right. They videoed their findings, answered every question we had, and laid out honest options without the hard sell. Night and day. Save yourself the trouble and call someone else.
These guys are awesome. They had to replace the whole system because of it age. They kept us cool during the whole process. Most companies would leave us in the heat to suffer. They took care of us during the whole process. This is the way all Heating and Air companies should be. Steven was out Technician he was great.

This was a nightmare. Absolutely no communication. This was a full replacement. The installer did do a very good Joe but the original tech that sold the job said that I would keep my smart thermostat which was new and I had an app to control it. The new system was not compatible so they but a dump thermostat with just basic functionality. My old one was digital that had outside temperature, weather forcast and I had a family photo downloaded as screen savor. They also did not explain that they were replacing my heater which was not that old and nothing wrong with it. My old heater wa a two stage heater and the new one is only signal stage. They downgraded my big time without my knowledge until the middle of the install only because I asked the installer the questions about the equipment. The supervisor never called me back even though I left several request the receptionist. I talked to him once and had question after we hung up and I called back imeadiatly and the reception said he would call right back. He never did. I which I would have hired some else.
Bought 2 new mini splits to replace the old ones. The salesmen said I needed new line sets. I bought new line sets. But the reused the old ones. I did not get a refund. I would not recommend them.
Antonio was very polite and personable. He seemed to know what he was talking about. This service visit was free and was more like an evaluation of my system, which was installed in 2013. Of course it has issues and I am considering them. He was not pushy.
