Walter and his team are the best! I have been using them for all of my HVAC needs for over 20 years. I am a comparison shopper, and I always check prices with competitors . I’ve found their prices are fair and competitive, but equally important they show up on time and do excellent work. The people who work there are polite, competent and keep your house very clean. A+
Arzet HVAC's service was amazing! I didn't have air conditioning and the team at Arzet Heating and Air was able to provide service within a day. I got another quote from one of the big name companies and they were more expensive for a smaller air conditioning unit and a smaller furnace and they also tried to talk me into services I didn't need. I much preferred dealing with a family owned business where their team members have worked for them for years. Walter and his crew went the extra mile and did everything I needed and more. They are very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Arzet has been wonderful to work with. They are very responsive, they have been servicing my HVAC for about 8 years, and were very quick to recently replace my 15 year old AC unit. They answered all my questions and provide me with thorough documentation of services provided. Would highly recommend them!
We have used Arzet for over 10 years. They are reliable, easy to work with and good at what they do. Walter came out on an emergency job on a Friday night, explained what was wrong in layman’s terms and fixed it quickly.
Wow! Walter has literally become my go to for most things home related. He and his team have been incredible to work with! He has assisted in repairing mistakes or necessary repairs from other companies error. They have always been a top recommendation of my teammates vendor list and I finally had the chance to call him. He has walked me through the entire replacement process of my HVAC, furnace, condenser and while at our place, did the same for our neighbor, an estimated provided he did not have to do. When on our roof the first time, he was gracious enough to remove debris from multiple drain spouts to assure no overflow for our neighbors, elevated legs of roof top furniture pieces that were puncturing the new membrane of our roof, just because it was the RIGHT THING TO DO. Walter and his team have since repaired an emergency situation for my client, my home 2x, my neighbor, and they will continue to be on speed dial. I could not recommend Walter and his team enough, including Victor, who is super responsive and always makes sure we are scheduled and problem has been addressed and resolved. Walter specifically has been SO helpful, knowledgeable, kind, reasonable and patient in walking me through pricing, responsive, and honestly 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything!
