We were out on a sightseeing tour boat and also took photos from land. Beautiful lighthouse, I love to see them everywhere I travel.

Hard to get to, had to walk through a gate and over a bridge thing. Would not recommend. Had to go through downtown Cleveland. This is not worth stopping for

Long walk!! But during a sunset it's a beautiful view well worth the walk!!
There come in the heart of the tourist moments of abject deference, as what I experienced a monstrous night with the Cleveland Harbor West Pierhead Lighthouse. These are not wholly good nor wholly bad nor any more existence than epinephrine nor any less dignity than destitution, yet the legacy of history still haunts us. Cleveland stands as the land of consummate existence at the head of a relentlessly marching rhythm of callus lessons learned from humility, and this lighthouse was no different. Much like an episode of Gilmore Girls, it had aged a bit worse than one expected, retaining the merits of its original with the fear of impending judgment as a consequence of societal improvement it could never have dared to hope could come true. Yet, here we stand. And there on the ground flopped a walleye, as desperate as ever for exposure. So, please indulge me while I indulge him: Oh love, I have never seen you like this, My ecstasy, trying to erase your Words as quick as you write them, trying to Forget the past as fast as you live. Sure, But could birds ever save you, fly as they Might? Could fish drag you down far enough for You to feel at home, or would they come up For air in vain? Try as I might, before I promise too much, my love, would you store Me close to see you as I most adore?
