I am very happy with the quality of the service and professionalism of John F. While he looks very young, he demonstrated old-school customer service level and expertise, explaining everything in simple terms, making sure I understood what he was going to do, the cost, the process, and everything in between. Such a contrast with a competitor company who canceled my appointment’s on the day of service without telling me and not even apologizing for the mess up. Highest praise to Benjamin Franklin plumbers!
