We hired the Durham team as the builder for what was a full-gut kitchen and bathroom remodel of our 1906 craftsman home in Portland. Their team (led by Daniel, Jeff, and Faye) really does walk the walk when it comes to attention to detail, and the final product is completely representative of that. We absolutely love our new space, and 6 months after wrapping up construction, we haven’t had a single issue. They worked with us and our architect to value engineer a budget while not compromising on key aspects of the design. Their team and trade partners were all extremely respectful as we lived upstairs in our home throughout construction, and I can't emphasize enough that you’re receiving the highest quality product that you can buy locally in Portland.
