When I heard that Same Day Water Heaters was the ones to install my toilet, I was very pleased. That company installed my two water heaters last year and did a fantastic job. This time the company brought Nate (Nathan) to do the installation of my toilet. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He was very detailed oriented and even asked me for what color caulking I preferred. Nate made the entire experience stress-free and pleasant. I am very satisfied with his exceptional service and will definitely use them again.
I don’t write reviews very often, but Seth from Same Day Water Heaters absolutely earned this one. I followed this entire water heater replacement process from beginning to end, and I paid close attention to the quality of the work being done. Seth installed a new Rheem electric water heater along with an expansion tank, updated plumbing connections, drain pan, insulated lines, and electrical hookup. The difference between the old setup and the new installation is night and day. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Nothing about the install looked rushed or sloppy. The plumbing layout was clean and organized, the flexible stainless connectors were installed properly, the expansion tank was integrated professionally, and the entire system looked thoughtfully planned instead of simply “made to work.” The drain pan and drainage routing were done correctly, the heater sits level and centered, and even the finishing details reflected pride in workmanship. I also appreciated that Seth was professional, knowledgeable, patient with questions, and clearly cared about doing the job the right way. I’ve seen plenty of contractor work over the years, and unfortunately not all of it is great. This installation genuinely stood out as above average in both quality and professionalism. And honestly, the company name lived up to reality — Same Day Water Heaters did exactly what the name promises. Very happy with the final result and very glad Seth handled this project. Highly recommended.

The plumber who came to hook up our new sink was great! When we found out that the faucet had not been included in the Home Depot sink delivery, he patiently waited until we could get one. He was on time, fast, and everything seems to be working as expected.
