I spoke with the owner on the phone and he seemed confident about replacing a valve on my geothermal heat pump. The tech who came didn't even try to understand the system. He did absolutely nothing and left in 15 minutes. I was charged $75.
Great and quick service. Prices are fair as well. First cold front came through and turned on our furnace only for a mix of hot and cold air to come out. Tech came out and was very thorough with looking through the furnace and HVAC unit for issues, as well as helping sort out some of the electrical and plumbing that connect to the unit (old house). Will definitely use Schmidt again.
Came to my house for about 20 mins, told me they couldn’t fix the problem and I needed to call an electrician and they charged me $195. I’ve never heard of a company not being able to fix something and charging the customer for it. $10 a minute is what I got charged and no service was performed. Will never use Schmidt again and I recommend you don’t either. Honestly what they did to me should be criminal

Schmidt's sales people and technicians were great. We got an entire HVAC system replaced. The process was easy and pricing was very competitive. Would definitely recommend.
They have always been a pleasure to work with. We needed to replace our old geothermal unit and I knew we could count on Schmidt. They did a fantastic job! They were professional, on-time, efficient, and cleaned up their work space. Their prices have always been fair. We also had them replace our water heater and an old air handler. Again, they did another fantastic job with those projects as well. We will continue to be repeat customers.
