Great service obviously. Beautiful atmosphere, got the bottomless mimosas lol. But the food was mid. We should’ve just got drinks and got food somewhere else. Maybe bc we got the brunch. Skip the breakfast. For the price that we paid we were better off going somewhere else. The pancakes were not cooked thoroughly. The omelette had no seasoning. Some of the bacon was burnt. But they seasoned the heck out of those french fries. The french fries were good !
Art and real estate. Good views and good food. They just go together—like fish and tacos. Ellas Events recently stopped by The ART Hotel Denver after a meeting with Temple Denver to discuss our club takeover for the Compass All Star Party. Since our VIP guests will be looking for a great dinner spot before the party, I wanted to check out the rooftop at FIRE Restaurant—and it did not disappoint. The views are dramatic, the space feels elevated yet approachable, and the menu is just as impressive. The fall salad with pomegranate, Dino kale, butternut squash, pepitas, cornbread croutons, and shrimp was packed with flavor and perfectly seasonal. During Denver Restaurant Week, the gazpacho trio made it an easy “yes” for a night out and gave me a chance to try something new. I was also excited to explore the Bear Den—such a great option for a more intimate gathering or pre-event cocktail. FIRE delivers that ideal combination of atmosphere and quality: a place where you can enjoy great food, stunning views, and conversations that matter.

Server Max, was absolutely great and view/ambiance was great. My 12 oz steak was more like 6oz and covered in a sauce that drowned out the taste. We also ordered the Fire Wings (jalepeno dry rub the menu said). With a name like that we expected some flavor. They were just regular bland wings (change the name please). They were well cooked (crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside). Just no flavor. My wife ordered Salmon which was excellent, so they did good there.
First, I would like to say avoid this restaurant if possible. Only reason why we went to this restaurant was because we had a voucher. If you do get a voucher, just go to the bar and get a drink. Don’t waste your time or money at this restaurant. First we had the crab dip. The bread they brought out was raw in the center. Still gooey and sticky, was not cooked all the way. My steak fitters wasn’t even cut up. It was pretty much a New York steak with fries. The steak had this weird pink center and it’s not even because it’s a cooked to a medium. It’s had a weird chewing texture to it. That way I can describe it was if they had a frozen steak and it wasn’t defrosted all the way and they threw it on the grill. I had better $20 steaks at Chili’s than this, and the fact that they charge $64 for this thing is outrageous.
We stayed at this Hilton hotel and I came down to the restaurant to eat and I really loved the ambiance. The staff were very friendly and the bar was really nice. The drinks were great but the food was just mid. I ordered the salmon with potatoes and it was just mid. The rooftop area next to the bar is really nice so I would highly recommend it for a social gathering
