Art and real estate. Good views and good food. They just go together—like fish and tacos. Ellas Events recently stopped by The ART Hotel Denver after a meeting with Temple Denver to discuss our club takeover for the Compass All Star Party. Since our VIP guests will be looking for a great dinner spot before the party, I wanted to check out the rooftop at FIRE Restaurant—and it did not disappoint. The views are dramatic, the space feels elevated yet approachable, and the menu is just as impressive. The fall salad with pomegranate, Dino kale, butternut squash, pepitas, cornbread croutons, and shrimp was packed with flavor and perfectly seasonal. During Denver Restaurant Week, the gazpacho trio made it an easy “yes” for a night out and gave me a chance to try something new. I was also excited to explore the Bear Den—such a great option for a more intimate gathering or pre-event cocktail. FIRE delivers that ideal combination of atmosphere and quality: a place where you can enjoy great food, stunning views, and conversations that matter.
Fantastic experience — the steak fries quickly became one of my favorite dishes. The bar has a great vibe, and service was attentive and friendly. I wish I had more time to try more of the menu. Having such a good restaurant right in the hotel made breakfasts, drinks, and dinners super convenient. Excellent all around.

We had such a lovely dinner at FIRE tonight! Ron was absolutely wonderful cause he noticed we had a little boy and kindly brought crayons, helped our kids with his favorite fries & fresh juice, and made sure everything was perfect. He patiently explained the menu and made us feel very comfortable even though we’re not native English speakers. We ordered the Short Rib Quesadilla, Wagyu Brisket Burger & Fries, and Mussels. Their fries were so good that we even ordered another round through room service after dinner. The quesadilla was also amazing — crispy on the outside, cheesy and flavorful inside. Thank you again, Ron, for making our family dinner so enjoyable and memorable!
Amazing gem in Downtown Denver, located inside of the Art Hotel. I am a wedding and event planner and highly recommend this rooftop for social gatherings! The hotel also has larger ballrooms to rent as well. The food was delicious, staff was amazing, and the views! So fabulous.
FIRE Restaurant & Lounge in Denver offers a unique dining experience that blends artful ambiance with contemporary American cuisine. Located within the ART Hotel, the restaurant features a rooftop patio that provides stunning city views, creating an inviting atmosphere for both casual meals and special occasions. The menu showcases market-fresh ingredients, with standout dishes like the Brussels sprouts and Parmesan fries receiving particular praise from patrons. Guests also commend the excellent service, highlighting staff members such as Katrina for their attentive and joyful demeanor. However, some visitors have noted areas for improvement, such as a limited lunch menu with only five entrées, one of which was unavailable due to an ingredient shortage. Overall, FIRE Restaurant & Lounge stands out for its artistic ambiance, quality cuisine, and attentive service, making it a recommended destination for those seeking a distinctive dining experience in Denver.
